Robert “Bob” Mann has 20 years of residential appraisal, appraisal review and real estate brokerage experience. He has completed more than 8000 single family, condo and 2-4 Unit appraisal reports and reviewed countless appraisals. As an appraisal instructor at the college level for 10 years, he taught URAR (1004) form report writing. Using an actual property, participants used the "Line-by-Line Preparation of a Quality Uniform Residential Appraisal Report" manual to complete an entire graded appraisal assignment in the field.

As member of a College Real Estate Advisory Committee, he was instrumental in gaining State approval for a new appraisal report writing class that qualified for college or continuing education credit.

He has been recognized with numerous awards for outstanding appraisal quality, exceptional appraisal productivity, appraisal team work, and community service.

The Author received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Chicago. Graduate of the Realtors® Institute.
